25+ years in the hospitality business, Steven is the Chief Executive of Savvy Hotels.
Having worked his way up the ladder since the age of 15 in a beach resort on the Gold Coast Australia, Steven’s career has previously crossed over hotels, resorts, hostels, serviced apartments, student accommodation, takeaways, restaurants and cafes. Steven has won accolades including The Caterer Acorn Award and was also one of the Insider Magazine 42 under 42 entrepreneurs to watch in 2018.
Steven additionally holds a number of roles in Liverpool and Chester, these include key roles in the cities Hospitality Association’s and also he represents both Cities on the Northern Board of the national UK Hospitality Association.
Joe has 20 years’ experience in hotels and has worked in a variety of independent and branded properties. He has worked across a multitude of management roles across various hotels, working his way to more senior positions whilst gaining much valued experience along the way. High volumes of event management including off-site catering is a strength and working with independent ownership has been a large chunk of his career. He has a wealth of experience in accommodation, revenue management and operations.
Nicola has 30 years of hospitality operations, with real strength in customer services, food and beverage and housekeeping. Nicola’s passion for the industry positions her as a key individual for welcoming the team and customer’s alike. Nicola, married to Steven, knows only too well the dedication, drive and desire required to succeed. Nicola is as a key support to Steven along and is an unsung hero in the overall operation supporting on key operational issues.
